Empowering Educators in the Digital Age: Unleashing AI’s Potential

December 6, 2024 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CST

In this session, we will equip educators and administrators with the knowledge and tools they need to leverage artificial intelligence to improve student outcomes. We will explore the impact AI will have on CTE over the next four years, and discuss how large language models (LLMs), generative AI, machine learning (ML) and large data sets can deliver personalized learning, data-driven insights and enhanced educational experiences for CTE students. Join us for a comprehensive discussion about the future of CTE and leave with an understanding of the possibilities of AI.

Session Objectives (3-5)

  1. Understand how a data-driven approach can help identify trends, assess program effectiveness and provide other valuable insights.
  2. Discuss how automating administrative tasks like tracking and managing data frees up time for educators to focus on teaching and mentoring.
  3. Learn how to analyze individual student performance and tailor learning experiences based on strengths, weaknesses and learning styles, ensuring all students receive targeted instruction and support.
  4. Discover how artificial intelligence can assist in matching CTE students with appropriate career paths and training programs, leading to better student outcomes.
